Thailand attracts more holidaymakers than any other South Eastern Asian nation, with its appealing combination of natural beauty, impressing temples, famous hospitality, tasty cuisine and ancient kingdom’s ruins.

Jomtien Beach and Pattaya are considered by some people as the Thai twin fun havens based on the destination’s beach areas, windsurfing, scuba diving, island trips, golf courses and off course the numerous naughty nightlife venues. Pattaya, and particularly Jomtien have been developing at a rapid rate.

Proof of Jomtien and Pattaya’s popularity is their endless-growing cosmopolitan ambience, with a large international ex-pat community who have either retired or found a job here. Many of Pattaya’s expatriates could only have dreamt of purchasing real estate here, enjoying the ocean-views, at a fraction of the price that they would have paid back home. The residential market’s expansion has been farther boosted by the westerners as well as the Thais demand for property mainly due to the seaside resort’s closeness to Bangkok.

Recent infrastructural improvements and the new airport are results of the booming property market. In addition, more real estate developers are entering the market to introduce a variety of construction projects such as retail projects, international chain hotel establishments and residential complexes. Based on the activities this trend is set to continue.
