Surprisingly, angling in the waters surrounding this notorious seaside resort is a rewarding and recommended activity which is experiencing an increasing popularity. A number of local operators are satisfying big game angling adventures among the visitors who travel to Pattaya for other pursuits, but this destination also offers the option of freshwater fishing, spear fishing, children fishing activities and even exciting competitions.

Ocean fishing trips from Pattaya typically fish for sting rays, queen fish, sail fish, marlin, barracuda, shark, cobia and other species.
